Join The Together Troupe for our Easter Performing Arts Camp for children and young people aged 11-18 with SEND.
Camp Overview
Welcoming children and young people with SEND aged 11-18, this fun and engaging Performing Arts Camp, hosted by The Together Space, will explore drama, singing and dancing to build confidence, learn new skills and make friends. The camp will be led by Emily, a professional actor whose work is shaped by both extensive experience and her lived experience as a sibling to her sister Sophie, who has Down syndrome.
Each day, Emily (and her assistant facilitator Grace) will guide the group through drama games and exercises, role play, character work, script writing and imaginative exploration using props and costumes. The emphasis will be on authentic expression, not technical training or therapy. Participants will have the chance to:
Explore movement, voice, and storytelling
Build confidence, communication, and creative agency
Experiment with character, gesture and imagination
Contribute ideas to shared creative tasks
Work individually and collaboratively
Our Easter Performing Arts Camp will be running for four days from Tues 7th April to Friday 10th April 10am-3pm each day at Gnome House, 7 Blackhorse Lane, E17 6LN. Days can be booked individually, or you can book the full four days.

If your child usually requires 1:1 support at school or college please email us hello@thetogetherspace.co.uk before booking as this scheme does not offer 1:1 support as standard.
If you child requires assistance with personal hygiene (ie, they wear nappies) please email hello@thetogetherspace.co.uk before booking.
We recognise that young people with SEND develop at different rates, and whilst we've stipulated an age range, age flexibility may be considered on an individual basis, following safeguarding and risk assessment. Please contact us directly hello@thetogetherspace.co.uk to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booked day starts will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked date.
