Creating meaningful, fairly paid employment opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities is an important part of our mission.

Young adults aged 16–25 work across our events and activities, developing skills and confidence while playing an active role in shaping The Together Space community. All roles are paid at least the London Living Wage.
