Movement, Strength & Fitness Classes
Weekly Strength & Fitness Classes for Young People with SEND (11–14 yrs)
Our strength and fitness programme has been designed for children aged 11–14 with a learning disability who have low muscle tone or reduced mobility.
Our next term starts on Weds 15th April then weekly, every Wednesday for five weeks, ending on Weds 13th May. The sessions will be held at Gnome House, E17 6DS.

May Family Event
Join us on Sunday 17th May at Gnome House for our next Family Play Event! Our inclusive events, which welcome children with and without SEND and their families, are thoughtfully designed to create the opportunity for all families to connect, exercise, play, learn and grow together, without stigma or awkwardness.
This month's inclusive activities for everyone to enjoy are:
CREATIVE SPACE: DASHDOTDANCE WORKSHOP Explore, create and dance together with the wonderful DashDotDance team who will be running multiple music and movement-based workshops during the event for all to enjoy!
SENSORY SPACE: 'PAINTING BIG & SMALL' ART WORKSHOP WITH AMANDA WHITTLE Led by practicing Visual Artist and Art Psychotherapist Amanda, you will be able to explore large-scale and small-scale painting techniques to create your own masterpiece!
Plus enjoy our wide range of toys, books, fitness & movement equipment, soft play, ball pit and inflatable activity run in the garden!

Vibe Club is a youth club for young people with SEND aged 11–16 at The Together Space. This YOUR club. A safe, inclusive space designed for you to have fun, make friends and feel at home.
