£140 for 14 classes and FREE places available for those receiving benefits-related free school meals
End of Term Performance: Weds 17th December, time TBC
Attendees will explore the theme of 'Make It Happen' exploring dreams, goals, ambitions, hopes - no matter how big or small. Skills that will be developed include:
Speech and Language: tongue twisters, reading, diction, breath work and social story decoding.
Games and reflective storytelling.
Focus, concentration and listening exercises.
Coordination through dance and movement.
Understanding emotions and recognising physical expression.
Understanding our senses through imaginative play and prop use.
Script reading and writing

At Down The Lens, we provide creative workshops for children and adults living with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.Founded by sisters, Sophie & Emily, our mission is to elevate the voices of the disabled community, while always incorporating sparkle and fun into the work we produce.
